The Human Resource Coordinator will support the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, management of system data and input, benefits, and leave, HR compliance, unemployment claims and enforcing company policies.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for performing a variety of order entry and customer service related responsibilities according to established policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders, in a high volume environment, daily via phone, fax, email, web order, EDI transmissions both timely and accurately. Applicant must be organized, detailed oriented and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a shared services group supporting multiple locations in a manufacturing, distribution or wholesale environment. 

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities for accounts payable, data entry, and imaging employees. This position is responsible for training department employees, cash flow forecasting, maintaining lease schedules, general ledger reporting, accounts payable system partnership with the IT department, timely closings, and producing management reports. The successful applicant must be highly organized with solid follow through, have strong communication skills (both verbal & written) and be very detailed oriented. Experience working with accounts payables and imaging documentation in a retail and/or wholesale environment is required.

Responsible for delivery and restocking of milk products to retail stores and/or wholesale distribution locations.

Maintains and repairs mechanical transportation equipment to aid in the distribution of all company products in a safe manner. 

Maintain mechanical equipment and facilities and to aid in the manufacturing of all company products in a safe and sanitary work environment.

Responsible and accountable for the shift level coordination and direction of all production activity toward the achievement of maximum efficiency of operations with the assurance of producing quality products.

Manage the Supply Chain Finance, Inventory and Cost Accounting functions to include: accounting and reporting for supply chain metrics, inventory, cost of sales, other direct product costs, and variances. Own the annual budgeting process for standard costs and partner with Divisional Finance to budget Other Direct Product Costs. Guide Supply Chain analysis and reporting in conjunction with the Corporate Operations management team. Assist as needed with other analysis as well as special projects.
